How I Work

Remote-first (time zone: Berlin). Projects in DE/EN/RU. Outcome-focused, clear deliverables, transparent collaboration.

Audience & Languages

  • For startups, SMB and enterprise — anyone who pays.
  • Languages: German, English, Russian.
  • Remote collaboration from Berlin (CET/CEST).

Scope of Services

  • Data pipelines: scraping, ingestion, cleaning, transformation, load (DB/Cloud).
  • Dashboards & BI (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
  • Databases: relational and NoSQL; cloud stacks (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Automation & MLOps (Python, Airflow, dbt, GitHub Actions).
  • Apps & scripts in Python (small tools, integrations, simple web UIs).
  • Google Sheets automation (Apps Script / Python).

Process & Timeline

  1. Kick‑off (30–45 min): goal, scope, access, success criteria.
  2. Mini‑audit/discovery (1–2 days) and setup.
  3. Iterative delivery with short demos/status updates (async/sync).
  4. Handover: README, Loom videos, transfer call (30–60 min).

Pricing & Payment

  • Currency: EUR; 30% prepayment at start.
  • Payment: German bank transfer (SEPA) or card (Visa).
  • Billing: fixed/packaged range or time & material (market hourly rate).
  • Invoicing: self‑employed/sole contractor in Germany.

Confidentiality & Rights

  • NDA on request; sensitive data used only for project duration.
  • IP rights: deliverables transfer to client upon payment.
  • Anonymised references/cases only with approval.

Support & Handover

  • 30‑day bug‑fix window after handover.
  • Further work billed hourly.
  • Handover includes README, short how‑to videos, call.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling free up to 48h before start; late changes billed proportionally.
  • Cancellations after start: billable for work performed to date.

Communication & SLA

  • Response time: within 12 hours (business days).
  • Channels: e‑mail/Telegram, regular demos/consulting.

Data & Privacy

  • Data minimisation: only necessary data, anonymised/pseudonymised where possible.
  • Data deletion/access revocation after project completion.
  • EU region preferred; secrets shared via secure channels (e.g. vault/password manager).

Legal

  • Self‑employed in Germany (Laufenburg).
  • Governing law: Germany.
  • Invoice details on request; confidential bank data not published.
